To solve this Disney Star Wars Rise of the Resistance mystery... This hammer-like tool appears in multiple locations as a prop in the underground rebel base that acts as a ride queue. My google-force powers have been unable to identify the tool and it’s original purpose. One month free Oppo-Gold pass to the first one to come up with a plausible ID.

Scutching is the process of removing old mortar from bricks and paving. The hammers used for this have either one head and a chisel-like slotted scutch comb holder or two scutch comb holders.

The holders can hold scutch combs which function like toothed chisels, or droves. Which is used for a job depends upon whether the user prefers a hammer or multiple scutching attachments.

I didn’t. I had a feeling it was some sort of stone chipping hammer so I was searching along that line and the image popped up on search.
